Delete your shared Repair Robin account

The Repair Robin website and its dev preview use the same sign-in identity project as production Repair Robin iOS and Android apps. Deletion removes that shared Firebase sign-in identity across these websites and production apps, not just the login on the current website. Older tester builds may use separate environments.

  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Choose Delete Repair Robin account, review the shared-account warning, and confirm.
  4. If Firebase requires a recent sign-in, sign in again and retry. The app reports success only after Firebase confirms deletion.

For Apple accounts, sign in with Apple again when prompted so Repair Robin can revoke its Apple access before deletion. Deleting Repair Robin does not delete your Google, Apple or Facebook account. Other provider authorization may need to be reviewed in that provider’s account settings.

Separately submitted records

Requests, professional applications and feedback are stored separately for up to 90 days and are not automatically removed by sign-in account deletion. Requests and applications are also emailed to the Repair Robin team with your consent; those email copies remain until deleted. Before deleting your login, use Feedback to ask the Repair Robin team about a submitted record and include its receipt reference, not passwords or payment details.

Web repair history is held in the current app session. Browser plan preferences can be removed by clearing this website’s storage. Deleting a login does not create a subscription, charge or professional request, or reset a used guest question. The first question needs no account; follow-ups and additional questions require free signup. The unlinked guest-trial record is separate from the sign-in identity; see Privacy.
